I just pity you man .... cant u understand what i said about my reason to take an LC .......jsut not to wait to apply for i 485 for another x years ......
Your discussion is going no where ........I wouldnt even have cared if it was a last month's labor .......
And also USCIS would have initially implementecd this for a good reason and they would not have terminated it if they wouldnt have found that many companies were misusing it ......
Anyways ....if u have time .....keep going on this discussion, on a topic which USCIS itself closed last month ...

Just call IRS and they will talk to your employer for your W2. This has happened with me and stupid indian company "Hexaware" shipped it to me overnight past year after I called IRS. Guess what I also got useless call from so called "Big shots" to apologize for the situation and withdraw the complaint.
Employers cannot hold your W2. If you can prove with paystubs that you could not file tax returns because they refused to provide W2, IRS will get them. I am sure they wouldn't want to get into trouble with uncle sam just because of ego.
Unfortunately IRS doesn't help.. And employer get benefit of doubt for lost mail :-) But they'll send you a form to fill and submit instead of W2... At least thats what I experienced... I also thought that employer cannot withold W2.. But yes, they can... due to lost mail concept :-) They'd send W2 copy to IRS without fail.. just the mail to employee would be lost...

EAD, AP & FP notice are sent directly to the applicant. If you see the status of AP as document mailed then you should get within 2/3 days as they send by DHL. I got mine in 2 days, my wife also got in 2 days

From their tone, I can tell the were trying hard to be helpful.
But, no receipt for me yet. July 2nd filer here as well.
Should I keep another set of 485 application ready, just in case if I don't hear about check cashing or receipt till august 15th ?
Is there any harm in filing the 485 again (just to be safe).... IF I don't get any indication of action on july2nd app ?
This is paranoa!!!!!!!! STOP already

If case is denied due to USCIS error, MTR can be filed with out fee. when filing MTR it should clearly mention that " Service request for MTR" which implies that denails s due to erroneous decison. (Attorney filed this MTR with Subj: Service request for MTR, enclosed all documents which supports that decision is taken by error and to reconsider).

Can you copy and paste the exact letter, i mean to ask the exact letter means does it contain any agent id.
1. Did you opened any SR in TSC around 10/14 or 10/15, We have a group of people who had the same problem in TSC during those days. all the letters replied by the same agent.
2. Find out from attorney if he charges any fee for this. If so please don't go with him.
take an info pass and find out the details.
This is the best way to find out. (As i told you the group of people got the same response, most of them took info pass and found that nothing wrong in their case)
Nothing to worry, most of the cases it might be a mistake by the agent. or in some cases it is pending for minor verification.
This is my guess.
Since Visa number is not available USCIS is using the term "Inadmissible at this time" That means simply not approvable because PD is not current.
When we got our green cards they use to stamp the passport with seal "Admitted on "

Got my RFE finally. It is for an employment letter. They gave me until 3/19. (RFE was generated on 2/13)

Got my wife's RFE today ( sent to the lawyer who scanned it for us). My wife apparently forgot to sign the medical form before the physician sealed it. We need to go back to the physician have it signed in his presence and have it sealed by him again. Not a big deal I guess.

According to my lawyer, I-485 is applied by the applicant directly & not by company or lawyer. So, if you have received the I-485 receipts to your own address, then you will received RFE to your home address.
